COVID-19 Update 30 March 2020

To Our Valued Owners,

As your Strata Manager we undertake to maintain the highest level of services to your during these unprecedented times. Meetings will be held using all options available to us and as restrictions ease, face to face meetings will resume (if able). We are able to maintain direct communications through email, phone, video conferencing and telephone conferencing. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concern surrounding the impacts of Covid-19 on your scheme

Contractors

All cleaning contractors have been instructed to thoroughly disinfect the internal common areas of your strata scheme on the usual visits, in particular high touch areas such as intercoms, door handles, lift buttons, lifts, handrails.

All contractors are following recommended protocols in regards to distancing and safety precautions when attending site.

Practice Good Hygiene

Practice social distancing, do not overcrowd hallways, foyers or lifts.

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue while coughing or sneezing, wash your hands after

Do not rub your eyes after coughing or sneezing

If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your elbow or upper sleeve

Wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds, cleaning all parts of your hands

Dry your hands with disposable paper

The safety of our owners and residents in the schemes we manage comes first and we will assist in any way possible during these times. We also kindly ask that you notify us if you test positive to Covid-19.

As more and more residents are working from home, or restricted in their movements as Government measures unfold, we ask that you consider your neighbours, particularly the elderly or disabled who may have trouble accessing essential services. Working together, we will get through this.
