Strata Schemes Management Pty Ltd is committed to communication and transparency – providing all owners with up to date information and knowledge in relation to all facets of your building, by utilising the most comprehensive web technologies which allows you to access account balances, expenses, insurances, levy positions, agendas, minutes and more.

Each Strata Scheme is unique and at Strata Schemes Management Pty Ltd we understand this. We work with the Executive Committee and Owners Corporation to ensure the building is compliant and maintained to the highest standard.

As the Owners Corporation interests are of paramount importance to Strata Schemes Management Pty Ltd you can be assured of a professional and ethical approach at all times.

Strata Schemes Management Pty Ltd offers an all inclusive management fee. There will be no additional charges for postage, photocopying, faxing, emailing, web access, computer fee. We offer one flat fee – no hidden surprises.

Drawing on our extensive strata management experience (20 years) which includes managing residential, commercial, industrial and community schemes and our company management experience, you can be assured that our knowledge will be utilised for the best interests of your Owners Corporation.

Experience Counts when dealing with the day to day running of an Owners Corporation, as well as the challenges, legislative obligations and changes that may arise.

All staff are licenced under the Property Stock and Business Agents Act and Strata Schemes Management Act 1996, conduct the relevant Compulsory Professional Development training annually and have an-going commitment to staff education and compliance with legislative requirements.
